How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.

I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I've come to the sad realisation that I've never found, and probably never will find, a music genre I can stay loyal to.
Not a very serious problem admittedly, no, but it would be nice not to have give ppl the story of your life when they ask you "What do you listen to?".

Right now it's a confusing mixture between The Rasmus (Finnish group), Evanescence, KOKIA, Maya Sakamoto, Faye Wong, Eminem, The Cranberries, Lisa Miskovsky... hm... might have forgotten some... XD
If anyone see any connections between these, please tell me. I'll be forever grateful.

Currently reading "Future Eden" by Colin Thompson for english class. ^^ Interesting story... Mankind's led itself to the verge of extinction, New York's skyscrapers are abandoned, ppl dress in shower curtains, chickens talk and strange creatures called fluorieds run around trying to bite ppl in the ankles. LOL

I know how you feel. I used to love pop and now I like rock, and whenever I see pop videos I think of how untalented they are not being able to play any instruments and stuff... I wonder how I got there.

When people ask me what I listen to... I just answer to them... "everything."
You seem like you have the same tastes as me. I know that when I give them that answer, people usually have a lot of respect for me. There are so many different types of music out there... they are all are unique and beautiful... why confine yourself to just one genre?
Maybe you should just tell people that you like all types of music... that way you don't have to list them all for them.
